Caps, Gowns, Diplomas, Medallions and Prints
Individuals who participate in the commencement ceremony are expected to wear caps and gowns that are approved by the university. Appropriate attire is required. Please contact your college academic student services office with questions regarding attire. Caps and gowns do not need to be reserved in advance for undergraduate or master’s degree candidates. See below for information on doctoral regalia. They will be readily available in the Student Union Bookstore beginning Wednesday, October 28 and ending Saturday, December 12, 2009.
Medallions will be distributed at the Student Union Bookstore to eligible candidates. A commencement print will be presented as you cross the commencement stage. Diplomas will be available approximately six weeks after graduation. On-line Cap and Gown Order Form

Undergraduate Caps and Gowns
Caps and gowns will be available for purchase beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2009. in the Student Union Bookstore. Caps and gowns do not need to be reserved in advance, and will be readily available for purchase until graduation exercises on Saturday, December 12, 2009.
Caps and gowns may also be ordered by telephone.
Gowns are sized by height. Fuller cut gowns are available. Caps are one size fits all.

Master's Candidates
The information listed above also pertains to the purchase of Master’s regalia.
Doctoral Candidates
Doctoral regalia will be available for rental beginning Monday, November 30, 2009, at 8 a.m. Cap and gowns do not need to be reserved in advance, and will be readily available for rental until the graduation exercises. Doctoral regalia may also be purchased by special order. The deadline for purchasing doctoral regalia is Friday, October 30, 2009 to ensure delivery before the graduation ceremony. Order forms and price sheets are available in the Student Store during normal business hours. Oak Hall Cap and Gown will be at the Fall Graduation Fair, Tuesday October 27, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to take orders. If you are interested in renting doctoral regalia from other universities, you must place your order by Friday, November 6.
