WellnessWellness tip: How to keep blisters away
If you want to be kind to your feet, fitness experts recommend you choose athletic socks made of synthetic materials, such as nylon and acrylic. Avoid 100 percent cotton socks because they can become soggy after absorbing sweat, increasing your risk for developing blisters. Wellness tips are brought to you by the OSU Seretean Wellness Center, dedicated to making OSU the Healthiest Campus in America. For more information about services for students, faculty and staff, call 744-WELL (9355).
