OSU trombonists win international competitions
The OSU Seretean Trombone Quartet was selected best of 29 quartets from around the world at the finals of the 2010 International Trombone Association Competition held this summer. Members of the quartet are  seniors Isaac Washam, Steven Warren, Noel Seals and Steven Jessup. Freshman Caleb Ketcham was selected winner from a field of 12 competitors in the bass trombone competition. For more details, click here.

OSU Veterinary Center alumnus to be honored
Dr. Roger Panciera, a 1953 graduate of OSU's School of Veterinary Medicine, will be inducted into the 17th Annual Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame during a ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at the Jim Thorpe Museum in Oklahoma City. For tickets, call (405) 522-0779. For more details, click here.

Aug. 31 - Taylors to open on campus

Taylor’s, An American Bistro, will open its doors Tuesday with a menu “Celebrating an endless summer harvest.”  Individual ‘gourmet’ pizzas baked in a new stone hearth oven will also be part of the new menu. Sept. 1 – Free Library 101 tour and training through Oct.
Library 101 is a one-hour, free to the public orientation to the OSU Libraries. It includes a 30-minute walking tour of the Edmon Low Library, followed by a 30-minute introduction to the OSU Library website and catalog.
