OSUIT to dedicate new Allied Health Sciences Center
OSU Institute of Technology will dedicate the newly-constructed 25,000 square foot Allied Health Sciences Center to accommodate an increased number of nursing students on Friday, Sept. 24 at the campus in Okmulgee. The facility includes two simulators to provide students realistic, hands-on patient care scenarios. For more information, click here.

OSU professor will present recital on Sunday
OSU Professor of Piano Thomas Lanners will present a lecture-recital in the Concert Hall of OSU’s Seretean Center for the Performing Arts at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 26. Lanners will perform three of the most famous works written for the left hand alone, by composers Alexander Scriabin, Johannes Brahms (a transcription for left hand of J.S. Bach’s Chaccone for solo violin) and Maurice Ravel. He will be assisted by OSU faculty pianist Heather Lanners. This event is free and open to the public.  For more information, click here.

The first Neil Luebke Memorial Lecture will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 23, at the First Christian Church (across from Gallagher-Iba Arena). Sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI @ OSU), the event is free and open to the public and will be followed by a reception.
