Bus Roadeo winners announced
Congratulations to this year’s winner of the transit driver portion of the OSU Roadeo, Jim Henning. The Roadeo, held last weekend, is an opportunity for the OSU Department of Parking and Transit Services to showcase driving skills. Henning advances to this year’s state bus roadeo set for November. Celebrity drivers who placed in this year’s event included Dr. Lee Bird, Dave Hunziker, Kevin Kraft and Kevin Offutt (honorable mention). For more details, click here.  

Peaster new president-elect of state organization
Rita Peaster, associate registrar at OSU, was selected as president-elect for the Oklahoma Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers on Friday, Oct. 1 at the organization’s annual fall conference at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. After one year as president-elect, Rita will assume the role of president for 2011-12.
