China Blog a Hit
Student Affairs Vice President Lee Bird, Career Services Director Pam Ehlers and a team of OSU students recently took a trip to China to visit several partnering universities. The group's blog during the trip attracted more than 2,600 followers from all over the United States.

Update to Oct. 5 Campus Safety Alert
The Oklahoma State University Police investigation of the alleged assault of a female student earlier this month in the Whitehurst parking lot has been closed at the request of the female student. Following interviews with the student and acquaintances, OSU Police found several inconsistencies in her original story and concluded no stranger was involved in the incident.
Former “Biggest Loser” contestant to speak twice
The OSU Seretean Wellness Center will host Sean Algaier, season 8 contestant of “The Biggest Loser”, for two appearances on the Stillwater campus. Faculty and staff can register via e-mail today for a free luncheon featuring Algaier at the Seretean Wellness Center at noon on Tuesday, Nov.2. Students are invited to hear him talk about his life and perseverance free on Tuesday from 6 - 7 p.m. at the Wes Watkins Center Auditorium in Stillwater. Struggling with his weight since early in life, Algaier completed his first marathon last November.
Oct. 29 – Ghost State Stories at the OSU Library Join the OSU Library for Ghost State Stories, a ghoulish United Way fundraising event.
The event features open mic campus ghost storytelling, a costume contest and a special after-hours ghost walk in the Edmon Low.
Concession sales begin at 9:30pm and doors close at 10:15. Tickets are $10, and all proceeds go to the Stillwater United Way.
