Board of Regents
The OSU/A&M Board of Regents is the governing board for Connors State College, Langston University, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, and Oklahoma State University and its constituent agencies which include OSU-Oklahoma City, OSU-Okmulgee, OSU-Tulsa, Agricultural Experiment Station, Cooperative Extension Service, OSU Center for Veterinary Health Sciences, and OSU Center for Health Sciences.
The board is comprised of nine members which include a chair and vice chair. All members are appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma and confirmed by the Oklahoma State Senate.
Lou Watkins, Chair
Stillwater, Oklahoma - Is President of World Export Services, Inc., and a former college Political Science faculty member. She was appointed by Governor Frank Keating in 1997 and reappointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2004 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mrs. Watkins received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1964 and 1965, respectively. Her term expires in 2012. |

Douglas E. Burns, Vice Chair
Norman, Oklahoma - A practicing attorney, Doug Burns was appointed to the A&M Board of Regents by Governor Frank Keating in 1997 and reappointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2005. He is a 1975 graduated of Oklahoma State University. His term expires in 2013. |

Calvin J. Anthony
Stillwater, Oklahoma - Is a pharmacist and businessman. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2006 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Anthony attended Oklahoma State University from 1963-1965 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1968. His term expires in 2014. |

Claud D. Evans
Okemah, Oklahoma - Is a veterinarian who is owner and solo practitioner of Okfuskee County Veterinary Clinic, Okemah, Oklahoma. Dr. Evans was appointed by Governor David Walters in 1992 and reappointed by Governor Frank Keating in 2000 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Dr. Evans received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University in 1966, and received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tuskegee Institute, Alabama, in 1970. His term expires in 2008. |

Joe D. Hall
Elk City, Oklahoma - Appointed to the board of regents by Governor Brad Henry in 2003, Hall is a 1983 graduate of Oklahoma State University. Owner and CEO of Joe D. Hall General Contractors, LLC, he is involved in construction/engineering and real estate development in western Oklahoma as well as ranching operations. Hall’s term expires in 2011. |

Tulsa, Oklahoma - Is a real estate developer and manager in Tulsa. Mr. Helm was appointed by Governor Frank Keating in 2001 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Helm received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Oklahoma State University in 1970. His term expires in 2009. |

Mr. Massey received a BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1987. His term expires in 2015. |

Terry L. Peach
Mooreland, Oklahoma - As President of the State Board of Agriculture, Mr. Peach serves as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Peach received a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Agricultural Education from OSU in 1972. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2003 and reappointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2007 as Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture and as member and President of the State Board of Agriculture. His term is coterminous with the Governor. |
